A variety of perspectives not only leads to more ideas, it generates better ones. By seeking diversity on our teams, building everyone’s knowledge, and empowering people to speak up, it shows in the work. While we still have more to do in this area, our hope is that sharing what we've learned will help us all build inclusive teams together.
